This information will be used for the purpose of processing your registration, communicating with you regarding the conference, and generating statistical information related to the LIFT conference.
Registrations (with payment attached) will be processed on a first-come basis. Note: Applicants will not be registered until payment is received. There will be a $5.00 late registration fee.
Refunds:
Requests for refunds will be considered provided that they are made in writing before October 16th and accompanied by the original Official Receipt and admission card. There will be a $5.00 cancellation fee.
